I moved back home earlier last month. I’m not working, not in school, still paying back my undergrad loans and don’t really have too many people I can hang out with (or want to hang out with b/c I don’t have any income coming in). Right now, I’m feeling a bit lonely. Normally, I don’t care, but it’s starting to get to me. More so when I get on facebook and see other people I know hanging out and having a good time and living on their own (at that!). Is there something wrong with me? I’m trying to take this time and use it to enjoy the down time and the silence and figure out who I am as a person and make plans to get into grad school. Yes, I’m thankful to have a roof over my head and a family who cares for me and is supporting me, but somehow I feel like I’m the only person like this. I just want to feel happier is all.
